Injectors
Ashley Goodacre, PA-C
Ashley is a physician associate who offers comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate care to every patient. She is a graduate of Loma Linda University and has worked closely with Dr. Cohen for the past ten years. She specializes in dermal fillers, neurotoxins (Botox), lasers, platelet-rich plasma, noninvasive and micro-invasive treatments, and vitamin replacement therapy. Ashley’s experience and meticulous approach to injectables create subtle enhancements that appear natural and youthful.
Michele Fischer
Michele has been an aesthetic nurse at Faces+ since 2007. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, she graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Michele started her career as a Neuro ICU nurse and traveled throughout the U.S. After traveling to San Diego, she discovered her passion for aesthetic nursing. She has been trained and certified as an expert injector in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Her goal is to help her clients look refreshed and youthful in the most natural way. Michele is known for her gentle touch while creating facial balance and harmony.
Her valuable and extensive experience in the operating room has allowed her to travel the world with Dr. Steven Cohen, where they educate and demonstrate unique techniques used within the Faces+ practice.
In her spare time, Michele enjoys spending time with her son Mason and her husband Jason.

Lynn Bain
Lynn attended Poway Academy and earned her Aesthetician license in 1997. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with multiple dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons, and since 2005, she has been with Dr. Cohen at FACES+. She is highly skilled in treating acne and anti-aging procedures with chemical peels, LED, and oxygen. Lynn is an ALA/Photodynamic Therapy expert and one of the first aestheticians to work with the famous Obagi TCA Blue Peel. She is knowledgeable in cosmetic fillers and lasers and works closely with FACES+ Laser Center to help patients achieve fresh, fabulous skin. Lynn’s extensive education and passion for assisting people to achieve youthful, lovely skin make her an expert and a sought-after leader in the industry.
Kelly Horton
Kelly Horton is a licensed aesthetician certified by the California Board of Cosmetology. Kelly uses non-surgical techniques to help clients achieve healthy skin. She specializes in correcting common skin conditions associated with acne and pigment disorders. Kelly works with one of the nation’s leaders in plastic surgery, Dr. Steven R. Cohen. She focuses on the correction and maintenance of all stages of acne affecting teens, pregnant women, and women who are pre and post-menopausal. Members of FACES+ Skingym enjoy customized monthly treatments that include microdermabrasion, Cosmelan Depigmentation Peel, LED-Light Therapy, Myotonology, Intraceuticals Oxygen Facials, and Blu-U® light Therapy.
