KYBELLA (deoxycholic acid) is the first and only FDA-approved injectable drug available that contours and improves the appearance of moderate to severe submental fullness, often referred to as a “double chin.” Submental fullness is a common, yet under-treated aesthetic condition that is often resistant to diet and exercise alone and influenced by several factors, including aging, genetics and weight gain.
Complementary Procedures
KYBELLA™ can certainly be used in conjunction with other procedures to help you achieve an optimal aesthetic outcome. Depending on your needs, combination with skin tightening procedures, such as ThermiRF and Ultherapy or laser treatments like Laser Genesis or Fraxel may be extremely beneficial. These treatments would not be performed at the same time as your KYBELLA™ injections. However, KYBELLA™ can be administered at the same visit as Botox and injectable fillers.
